New Orleans, LA – April 3–6, 2025 — American Immersion Theater, one of the nation’s leading immersive theater companies, is proud to sponsor all immersive performances of the 2025 Overlook Film Festival, a celebrated annual gathering dedicated to horror, storytelling, and experiential art.
Set against the atmospheric backdrop of New Orleans, this year’s festival will take place from April 3rd through 6th, showcasing a dynamic slate of film screenings, informational panels, and immersive productions. With a shared commitment to boundary-pushing narrative and audience engagement, the partnership between Overlook Film Festival and American Immersion Theater represents a bold step forward in the evolving landscape of experiential entertainment.

As the genre continues to rise in popularity across the country, the collaboration underscores a growing appetite for storytelling that dissolves the boundary between performer and audience.
