The Murder Mystery Company Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of The Murder Mystery Company (“MMC”) gift cards sold through GiftUp. By purchasing or using an MMC Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. Issuer and Validity
MMC Gift Cards are issued by American Immersion Theater, the parent company of The Murder Mystery Company. Gift Cards are denominated in U.S. dollars and are valid only for purchasing tickets to MMC dinner theater shows available on Eventbrite.com through official MMC listings.
2. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the total ticket cost (including taxes and fees) for any available MMC public show on Eventbrite.To redeem, guests must enter their Gift Card code during checkout on Eventbrite. Gift Cards cannot be used for:Private event bookingsMerchandisePurchases made through third-party platforms such as Fever or Goldstar
3. Non-Refundable, Exchange-Only Policy
All MMC ticket sales made using Gift Cards are final. No cash refunds or credit reversals will be issued for unused balances, lost or stolen cards, or canceled shows due to circumstances beyond our control.However, guests may exchange their tickets for another date or location by contacting our box office at 888-659-2952 prior to their scheduled event. Exchanges are subject to show availability.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
MMC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of any Gift Card. Treat your card like cash. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or used without permission.
5. Expiration and Fees
MMC Gift Cards do not expire and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees.
6. Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).Only one Gift Card may be applied per Eventbrite transaction.
7. Cancellations or Changes
In the rare event MMC must cancel a show, guests who purchased with a Gift Card will receive an Eventbrite credit or may reschedule for another MMC show of equal value.

9. Limitation of Liability
MMC and American Immersion Theater are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card or related Eventbrite services.
10. Changes to Terms
MMC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
